This Privacy Policy explains what information [Legal Entity Name] ("MirrorTrade", "we", "us") collects when you use the MirrorTrade app (the "Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Wallet and on-chain data: your wallet address(es), the trade-only key we generate for a copy strategy, and trading activity tied to those addresses. Wallet balances and positions we display are read from public Hyperliquid data.
Authentication data: when you sign in, our authentication provider (Privy) may collect an email address, phone number, or social-login identifier, depending on the sign-in method you choose. We receive only what Privy shares with us to operate your account — we do not receive your wallet's private keys or seed phrase.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser type, and similar analytics data, used to understand and improve the product.
Support communications: anything you send us at info@mirrortrade.co or another support channel.
To operate the Service: creating and managing your account and copy strategies, executing and monitoring trades you've authorized, and showing you your own balances and activity.
To keep the Service safe: fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
To improve the product: understanding usage patterns and fixing problems.
To communicate with you: service notices (e.g. a copy strategy stopping, a key expiring, a withdrawal completing) and, where you haven't opted out, product updates.
To comply with law: responding to legal requests and meeting regulatory obligations that apply to us.
Service providers that help us run MirrorTrade, such as our authentication provider (Privy), cloud hosting, and analytics tooling — each only receives what it needs to perform its function.
Hyperliquid, the exchange your trades execute on, necessarily receives your trade instructions and wallet address as part of placing those trades.
Legal or safety reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MirrorTrade, our users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep account and trading records for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting info@mirrortrade.co. Some information (for example, on-chain trading records) is public by nature and cannot be deleted once it exists on a blockchain.
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (like light/dark theme), and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypting sensitive credentials at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
