Most Hyperliquid trader lists rank by total profit. That figure is the easiest one to publish and the least useful one to copy, because it can reflect a single outsized position, a large deposit, high leverage or a stretch of risk the headline never shows. Ranking by profit alone reliably puts the hardest wallets to copy at the top.
This ranking uses the Alpha Score instead. It combines nine signals, and maximum observed drawdown carries the largest single weight, so a trader who reached the same profit through a calmer equity curve outranks one who reached it through a violent one. Consistency, momentum, annual return, risk-adjusted return, profit capacity and trading efficiency make up the rest. Every weight, evidence floor and known limitation is published in the selection methodology.
A high score is a reason to look closer, not a reason to skip the work. Open the profile and check how concentrated the current book is, how much leverage is in use, how long the record actually runs and how the worst dip compares to the peak profit. A profitable market maker or very fast trader can still be a poor copy target, because a follower may never reproduce the same entry, exit or fill quality.
Then decide how exposure should begin. Full-book mode moves you toward the trader's current portfolio, including positions opened earlier at prices you will not get. Forward-only mode waits for their next action instead. The trade-off between the two is covered in the copy trading guide.
Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Position in this list describes a public record that already happened. A trader can change style, increase leverage or lose money, and a copier can see different results because of lag, slippage, fees and account size. MirrorTrade provides evidence and controls, not investment advice or a promise of profit.
The ranking on this page lists qualified Hyperliquid traders in Alpha Score order, highest first. A wallet only appears once it clears MirrorTrade's evidence floors: more than $100K in perpetuals account value, more than $20K in perpetuals profit, at least 90 days of usable history and at least 12 completed weeks. Ranking high means the public record is strong, not that future results are assured.
Check four things: whether trader selection is published rather than reduced to a leaderboard of raw profit, whether the app can take custody of your funds, whether you can set portfolio-level take-profit and stop-loss boundaries before you approve anything, and whether the fees are stated up front. MirrorTrade publishes its full score methodology, uses trading permission without withdrawal permission, supports strategy-level TP and SL, and lists its builder fees on the fees page.
Open a trader's profile from the ranking below and review their record, then choose an allocation and decide whether to start in full-book mode, which moves you toward their current portfolio, or forward-only mode, which waits for their next action. Set any take-profit or stop-loss boundary you want, then approve the strategy from your own wallet.
Hyperliquid's perpetual markets run continuously rather than on exchange opening hours, and MirrorTrade follows a selected trader's actions automatically once a strategy is running, so you do not need to be at a screen for a copy to happen. Continuous execution is not a guarantee of a fill: fast markets, slippage, partial fills and minimum order sizes still apply.
No. The Alpha Score organises public evidence that already exists, it does not predict anything. A trader who ranks highly can change style, increase leverage or lose money, and a copier can see different results because of lag, slippage, fees and account size.
